If you write to practice@benjaminkoch.info (including via the “compose email” helper, which only opens your local mail app), the content of your message and your email address are processed as ordinary professional correspondence in order to respond to your request and — if you wish — to prepare a scoped engagement.
Legal basis (EU): typically Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps / contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries).
Please do not send highly sensitive medical, legal, or security material unsolicited. Inner counsel is not psychotherapy; emergency situations require local emergency services.
If we work together, data necessary for the engagement may be processed: name, organisation (if any), contact details, agreed scope, correspondence, and invoicing data. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant engagement and thereafter to the extent required by applicable German tax, accounting, and other statutory retention obligations. Ordinary enquiries that do not result in an engagement are deleted when they are no longer required, subject to legitimate documentation needs.
If you pay via PayPal (e.g. paypal.me/quietcontinuity), payment is processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own privacy policy and terms. This site links out to PayPal; it does not embed PayPal buttons that set cookies on these static pages.
